At your weight, for a single layer hammock, I'd probably recommend moving up to the Robic 1.7 fabric. Not that Hyper D wouldn't necessarily work or be uncomfortable. But the Robic would probably give you a bit more support. Especially if you prefer a firmer lay.

Yeah, I meant ordering Robic 1.7, since that's what his hammock was made from. I was asking how he liked it.

Ah that makes sense now. I thought you were referencing the Hyper D that you mentioned at the beginning of your post. I know a lot of people really like the Robic 1.7. I'm curious to try it myself (but I love the Hyper D already). I may have to try a DIY Robic hammock at some point.
