I have 10 hammocks, 5 of them from Hennessy and all 3 Safari versions, my favorite hammock. I call the Jungle Safari my "Cadillac hammock" because its the most versatile, even though its heavy for hiking.
Yeah, as weight goes, no prob, I Jeep and motorcycle camp now, I'm older than I once was (and younger than I'll be, that's not unusual) <see what I did there? Anyway as scouts we did trail with 8lb sleeping bags, full mess kits, jerry cans filled with water, canned food, even dutch ovens, whats a few pounds anyway? I think the trail advise we got back then was "buck up, everyones' pack is heavy".
