That's what I thought they were, but I was thinking 'toggle' was some fancy hammock lingo for something else. Yeah, those would be easy to make. I used to make my own arrow shafts by hand, so it wouldn't be a big leap to make them smaller. Of course mohagany isn't the best for arrow shaft because of the nature of the grain, but if they are only 2-3 inches it wouldn't much matter since they will not be subjected to archer's paradox (that's fancy archery lingo for the flex of the arrow as it is shot from the bow).
