    NEW TARP?

Ok Folks I am sure the questions has been ask a thousand times, but my none computer typing thumbs can't seem to search correctly. It has been about 8 years or more since I bought a new tarp. So I figured since I bought an new 11ft Danger Bird its time to buy a new tarp. I would like something like my OES original, but in cuben or something lighter the syl. I know there are a lot of new companies out there, and when I started searching the internet I got overwhelmed quickly.

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

    Cheers
    Mugs.

Cuben? Get the HG Winter Palace. I've had one for about six years and couldn't be happier.

Recommend HG Cuben for cuben tarps. I feel they have the best bonding process. Both my tarps are HG cuben.

Both Dutch and Simply Light Designs make some very nice, simple hex tarps in 1.1 oz Xenon Sil(poly).

I am thinking of buying a new tarp as well. The one I am looking at is Wilderness Logics "Old Man Winter" Wanting to replace my Housefly.

So many choices. Glad I seem to be hooked on building tarps.

The last tarp I bought was a custom Multicam from Simply Light Designs. It is perfect in every way and huge.

Almost forgot, the shipping was unbelievably fast.

I think all the tarp vendors put out a great product at a fair price. With the exception of one company, you probably know to whom I am referring.

Warbonnet is a great one-stop-shop if you're looking at silpoly. Everything from minimal coverage to full coverage with doors, and now a few options in between.

Thanks for all the replies folks. I settled on a MiniFly from WB. It offered what I was looking for VS weight and price point. I also bought his Camo GT tarp, to add to my BOB kit. Of course immediately after ordering from Brandon, I jumped straight to Dutch's site and spent more money. Its been quite the morning. Pakit Gourmet, UGQ, WarBonnet, and Dutchware...Ok I better stop before the bank calls me about questionable charges on my account :-)
