HH ULBP converted to webbing/buckles via AHE

I just installed my AHE webbing setup on my new HH ULBP. I have a question regarding the chain link position on the gathered end though. (See pic) I went ahead and routed the chain link through the holes that are in the gathered end as insurance but was curious how others are doing this on their HH. I did a quick test on the stand and everything held up. It sure makes setup about a thousand times easier. I have a scout for my son and I think I'm going to convert it over as well because it's such a nice and simple setup. The other pic is of the finished end. I went ahead and re-sheathed the end for a cleaner look.
