    Warm weather underquilt

Wilderness Logics Summer series underquilt. Mine weighs 10oz. I bring in freezing cold to stack and in hot summer (75 - 80) nights.

Does anyone have any issues with the WL summer series being almost 10" narrower that other underquilts?

I was initially concerned about the same thing before I ordered mine, so I called Marty. He assured me his 40 degree under quilts provide sufficient coverage while keeping the weight down. Same reason the length is only 46”. I’ve used it several times to around 40, and with a 30 degree top quilt, was fine. I don’t know if I would necessarily take it down much lower, but for 10 oz it does what it should.

I might use mine to stack this winter as well.

Thank you, I guess I will have to get one. I am currently using my WL 15* 3/4 length for summer, I also have a WL full length 0*. Just looking for less bulk and weight for summer.
