Notice that Dutch had absolutely zero BBB reviews prior to this disgruntled customer? Zip, nada - nothing positive or negative. I suspect disgruntled customer will soon find her negative review overwhelmed by positive reviews!

I have noticed that after 24 hours there is still not a single positive review showing on the BBB. I know I did one yesterday and many others did from this womans post as well. I just wonder when they will post ...if they even do

I think the BBB is both crooked and scrambling to stay relevant. They are going the way of the yellow pages and they know it. Google reviews are much more relevant to modern commerce. (Although Google also makes you pay to play and has significant flaws of its own.)

It looks like they forward the review to the business and give them a chance to review and respond. Then after 10 days, they'll post the review whether or not the vendor has chosen to respond.

Submitted one, as well. Good vendors are hard to find. Great ones almost impossible! And this list has a lot of the latter, especially Dutch and Co.!!

Done! If anyone deserves an A+, it is Dutch. Heck, there should be an A+++ for the high quality products and customer service he provides. Preaching to the choir here though, right?
