That means a lot FJRpilot! I’ve been having a ton of fun messing with different splicing projects lately. I think my next DIY might be a tarp (it’s just really difficult to justify the time & money when these cottage vendors make such great ones!)

All you needed to do was take the other end you've already got an eye spliced and use that to wrap a prusik sround the lead line. The other end has tension from the hammock.

I love this idea. Can someone explain fallkniven comment. I don’t understand...

Also, can zing it or lash be used instead?
