DeSoto National Forest. I'm not sure if hanging is allowed there, especially en masse, so I need to call the ranger district office tomorrow and confirm.
I'd hate to plan it all out and have a ranger roll up and say, "ummmm, y'all can't be hanging stuff from the trees in these parts."

Well, I just spoke with the district office and they have confirmed that there is no issue with hanging in the area. I'm starting an official planning thread with more info.
