I like what you're doing with the hammocks, Randy. Do the ties work out better than the fabric cover that you tried first?

yes, I like the way the straps work better than the end cover. By adding 3 sets of straps I can snug up the sides to the middle,,,, however, the end pocket doesn't need any tieing.. Both work, though.
Here is a pic of the foot box/sleeping bag "End Cap" sewed on my GT UL.


I also put a 48" zipper, on my Bliss Double,,to enclose the foot end,( I was experimenting) That worked out great also.
