I'm planning on getting there late Friday afternoon. It looks like sunset will be around 1730, but it's very open and easy to find trees to hang from. It'll be a few days after a new moon, so I'm hoping for clear skies, cool -> cold temperatures and two peaceful nights snoozing in the hammock. It is first come first serve, so there's no way to reserve the area, but the ranger I spoke with said there shouldn't be any issues that time of year.

Currently, we haven't thought about doing any type of group meals, but that could change if there are enough people interested in pitching in.

That's all for now, but I'm going to put together a little bit of info in case someone from out of town would like to join us.

you may want to do a google spreadsheet for people to sign up on. will make it easier to keep track on who is coming and what not. look at other spreadsheets to see what they put on it, don't forget to make it where others can edit it.

A sign up form/spreadsheet is already in the works, I just haven't had time to finish and publish it. We've got a little bit of time.

Right now I'm open to any and all activities. I do a little bit of trail baking and can show how it's done and what gear I use if anyone is interested. I can hold my own at splicing, but I need to spend some quality time with my hammock(s) while I'm away from home.
