Looks like we're gonna miss this next cold front the weekend before HangCon 2019. This Sunday is gonna be a low around 36F with wind chill's in the 20's.

So, as of now(and always subject to change), here is next weeks forecast for HangCon 2019:
    Thu, JAN 24 Showers, 66°41°, 50% (rain), WSW 12 mph 75% Humidity
Fri, JAN 25 Partly Cloudy, 62°41°, 10% (rain), NW 8 mph 62% Humidity
Sat, JAN 26 Partly Cloudy, 61°37°, 0% (rain), WNW 11 mph 64% Humidity
Sun, JAN 27 Mostly Sunny, 59°39°, 10% (rain), NW 7 mph 60% Humidity
    Mon, JAN 28 Mostly Sunny, 63°43°, 20% (rain), W 7 mph 63% Humidity

So, even though we're missing this weeks temps in the 30's, looks like we're expecting several nights next week at HangCon in the 30's.

On a related note, you can purchase from the Camp Host a heaping wheelbarrow of firewood(Please don't bring out-of-state wood) for $25(it's probably enough wood for several sites so you can share the $ and the wood). Remember, the Premium sites have R/V electric and water hookups and a fire ring. You can park your car, R/V, van, teardrop, pop-up at the Premium sites for $25/day payable to the Ranch, not HangCon.

Can someone "In the Know" please do an equipment check to see what is needed for the Camp Kitchen?

I'm sure we can scrounge up the labor force needed so I'm looking to see what items we can all pitch in and bring based on the Daily Culinary Extravaganzapalooza.

Please bring a 2 liter soda or a gallon of non-refrigerated tea to leave at the main gathering site for the community to share. If everyone does a little, a lot gets done.

I will have: 2 tables, 1 canopy, 1 wagon to transport heavy/bulky items, chain mail scrubber, 1 big grin because it's HangCon19

Thank you Kettle! The pavillion is the size of a gymnasium so I don't think we'll need too many canopies, but we'll probably need tables. So if anyone has a folding table they can bring (please mark your gear) that would be helpful.

I have an extra folding table not being used. I’ll bring it along

Richtorfla, Hotlips/Kingsford, Gumbo. Do we have enough Charcoal on hand or do we need a shoutout for some.

Also, how's the Stone Soup Ingredient list coming along? Anyone out there that wants to contribute to Friday Evening Stone Soup meal, please go to the spreadsheet and drop a note with what you're bringing. All is appreciated.

Please don't forget to bring a can or other food item for the Food Drive.

Excitement overload..... See yall in a few days.
Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you
