If you can't cook you are always welcome to throw in for food costs. Cooking for 250+ people, 2x per day, for 4 days costs us about 2.5K, which averages to about 2.50 per meal. That is where the suggested donation of 5 dollars per person per day comes in. To be clear, you don't have to donate to come and enjoy HangCon, but each year a lot of money is spent on making it the best event we can make it. We are so fortunate to have awesome vendors who donate items to the raffle that helps keep the event free for those who would not be able to attend otherwise.

I will pick you up unless someone else closer chimes in since I'm coming from the Ranch. It's about 1.5 hours and I'd hate to have you wait too long. I drive a 5 seater with medium sized trunk. Is this enough room or do you want transportation in something larger?

I will be selling raffle tickets at HangCon starting after lunch Saturday.

I will also be passing out the tickets purchased in advanced Saturday afternoon.

The raffle is after dinner Saturday.

I'm not arriving in Orlando until 4:30 PM but if you still need a ride, I'm renting a car. I'd be happy to give you a lift.

Show up anytime. If you're there before someone is staffing the sign up table just quietly find a place to sleep if early enough. Then come to sign up a little later. Or come help make breakfast. We're up usually around 6am or earlier prepping for breakfast. (Unless I can't wake ricktorfla because he's snoring too loudly, thanks Sugarlands)

Still looking for how early we can be on site Thursday morning/afternoon. Im planning on leaving directly from work at 6:30/7 and heading straight there, as I will already be half way at this point, unless there is a specific time we can start showing up.
