That's big enough to have Cirque du Soleil perform in your hammock! Plenty big enough for A-frame, too. Might limit your site selection a bit that big, though. Still...you should have NO worries about getting wet! And $20 is a steal.

If the tarp is that big you'll probably have to get a step ladder to tie your hammock high enough to not drag the ground.

I have an 8x10 eqoniux that is just the right size i hang it on the diongal using only 2 stakes, works great, plenty on coverge. was out a few week ago in a small hurricne eneisto in pa. for 3 days. i think it weights 13oz. with stuff thats attached. it silnil
I'v been thinking about getting some of that 72 inch sil from Oware and making a 6x10 with no seam. Maybe a cat cut around perimeter. Should come in around 9 oz. That would be about the same size as the big Hennessy fly.

Forgot they had the hex tarp. I meant the largest a-sym fly, comes with the exp. deluxe.
do 9X9's allow enough room to close the ends to prevent wind and such? I'm considering getting the 12x12 mentioned ( once I get on the waiting list which is out to February ) just so i can close the doors if need be.
