Custom DCF tarp

Howdy Folks

Does any one know of a company or individual that makes custom DCF tarps?

Specifically, I am looking for a recreation of the discontinued Warbonnet edge tarp, but in DCF.

Why dont I just buy a hex tarp from hammock gear or zpacks or Dutch? Well I might...unless I can find a used one somewhere....BUUUT...those tarps tend to be a bit larger than the edge tarp and I am wanting to cut as much weight as possible for future thru hikes. I was also maybe thinking about adding a beak to one end.

Any suggestions??

Hey Dutch, I assume it's more because of having to seal two pieces together. But I wonder, why isn't DCF sold in really wide sections? Since it's used primarily for sails, I can't imagine they're piecing together a bunch of 53" sections. Or maybe they are?
