Say Neo,

I have a new Tom Claytor Expedition hammock that I have been playing with, but have not had in the rain. You seem to have the most experience with these hammocks, so can you tell me if the knot you use to hang it works as drip strings for the rain? It looks like water should run right down the tag of the knot. I've loooked at many of your pics here and at WB, and it looks like you use non stock straps. Is this why?

Was stealth camping last night and I got on the trail to see if I could see my hammock. The JRB green tarp was showing. Bet if I had Neo's tarp I would have blended in.

i looped one end run the other end thru it then wrapp it around the tree several times then figure 8 it 4 to 5 times neo
