Tom is smartly playing on the fact that people often fall out of hammocks. Have seen it many times with backyard models. Bottom entry totally eliminates that situation and side entry into a hammock with attached netting on the other side greatly reduces the chances. Flips usually happen when someone gets in with their weight too far back.
