    I'm bringing a chicken enchilada casserole type thing. Not quite sure how I'll heat it up because I do not have a proper cast iron dutch oven, but I will improvise. It should feed 5 to 6 people.

    Just a thought: if we have too much food, maybe we can make some on Friday night?

    If gringo can't find his DO, have him text me, I have two or three around here, hopefully I can find one, ain't used them in years. I can bring it with Saturday. If you get hungry friday, just eat what ever, I can always bring more things when I come just let know, old gringos got my number or I can check before I leave.

    For those of you who missed this hang- my condolences cause you missed a fine one- great folks, insightful fireside chats/ fine weather and more eats than hangers. My thanks to oldgringo for hosting this and ol'wooly for ramroding it. It was great meeting all of you- sorry I'm terrible with name's but I'll get better .
