I'm curious as to what folks wear to sleep in a hammock during each season?

During warmer weather i may wear only shorts and a shirt. I may have backup lightweight poly tops and bottom. My Frogg Togg rain jacket is available for warmth if needed.
Colder weather i'll layer depending on expected temps. You should almost always carry a warm cap for your head. Since you lose so much heat up there, it works well. Even in semi-cool weather. I've had on as many as 3-4 layers of clothing in very cold weather. Around 10* My JRB No Sniveller used as a top quilt is rated for around 30*
Always prepare for temps around 10* lower than you are expecting.

"Every day above ground is a good day"
i'd say pretty much the same as fanaticfringer including being prepared for temps a little lower than the expected.
I too will something make and joy in it's making
I've found great success with my Superman pajamas down to 40*. If it gets a little below that I can use the attached cape as an extra blanket. Plus it makes a flying dismount from the hammock every morning much more meaningful.
I second Frantic Finger on the how important a hat is.
I always carry my Smartwool Beanie or if it is going to be really cold my Mountain Hardweare Phillips Head Hat for sleeping.
I hike in a different hat than I sleep in to avoid getting it wet from precip or sweat.
I always sleep in my thermals and then layers if its cold, for summer though I wear just my undies
p.s. I always wear my beanie too if its cold
Psalm 19:1-3 "The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard."
Sleeping clothes? What are those? I live in Florida has anybody invented a hammock A/C?
Seriously, even in S. Florida I carry a beanie hat. There were a couple of nights in March this past year that were surprisingly cool at night when I was not expecting it and I got a little chilled. Hat went on and I went right back to sleep. Of course, I felt a little silly in the morning when I crawled out of my hammock with shorts, t-shirt, and a warm beanie on my head.
I've always had available to wear, on the ground or in the hammock, long underwear, a balaclava, fresh socks, booties and fleece golves. Whether I actually wore them or not depended on the weather. I find the long underwear keeps me warm when it's cool and helps me feel dry when it's hot. My current favorite is a set of Smartwool...a bit heavy, perhaps, but it feels soooo nice.
In the hammock, I don't use a bag so I wear my always-packed cold weather clothing. To the above list I add BMW's Cocoon pants (old version) and ID's Dolomitti jacket w/hood. Often in summer I'll leave the pants at home but the jacket is always with me...it makes a nice pillow if it's warm.
Since I returned to backpacking, which coincided with my introduction to hammock hangin', I've pretty much avoided cold camping. The night time temps of my short, three season camping with the above gear have ranged from 26° to 56°, from nice weather to just pure crap...
