Way to handle the situation Shug ... been there myself with some other companies. So easy to loose a customer by forgetting service after the sale. At least it is for me ... I'm not going to argue with them over bad policies ... but I won't be back.

had my own experience with same company (at least they are the same now, regardless )

It's ipod over an FM transmitter to the car radio, or
(wife's new wheels) jack into aux input, or internet radio
over iPhone to FM transmitter to the car radio now.

I'm thinking satellite radio is headed for the dust bin of history. Bad customer service, technology passing them by….no future.

Completely agree - due to the same customizable programming for free & without commercials on services like Pandora, they don't stand a chance. TV and cable better watch out for the same thing with their content popping up on services like Hulu as well. Has anyone tested the customer service of any of the large cable companies lately? Yeesh!! Don't get me started...

It's all about the customer service. Proud to be a part of this community and I grow more excited about the purchases I have planned from those on this forum every day! (Now if business would only pick up...)

Incredible quality from hammock forum vendors

As a new hanger (last year), I've been swept away by the quality of the products, service, and people that I've found and dealt with through the hammock forum. This means you, Brandon (Warbonnet), Paul (Arrowhead), Dutch (Dutch Clips), and Ed Speer (hammocks, SPE). All have provided incredible service and customer support. Thanks, guys. I'm a happy hanger because of you all.
