I noticed that the main stockist of Amsteel rope does not ship internationally. Is there any place that does?
Thanks in advance.

Hey D.L, don't know where you are from, but I am from the UK and Arrowhead Equipment has a stock of Amsteel http://arrowheadequipment.webs.com/
The guy's name is Paul and is fantastic do deal with. They ship internationally and even take Paypal !! Highly recommended.............

Haha! I have that site bookmarked. But I can't seem to the Amsteel.
I live down south from you, in the Republic.
Mmmm...strange, I can't find it either. Maybe Paul has removed it or is out of stock. Shoot an e-mail off to him, I'm sure he can help you. Hope he hasn't removed it though because he is the only stockest I know of that ships internationally !....
I believe that Paul removes items from the store when they are not available. As you said, he had the amsteel, but it is now no longer on the site.

Hey, Just wanted to pop in and let you all know where asmstell stands, in the past couple weeks my supplier has has some let say issues with being able to get product out to me. The orders I have placed, at least one a week, have been latter and latter, split into multiple shipments which severely increases the cost to me. They have raised some of my cost several times on various products this year. And I have had some communication issues with them as well, they are neglecting to return calls, sometimes at all, they tell me they will email me copies of invoices and don't. I have been in contact with Sampson to see if I can just set up an account with them directly and they will, so long as I purchase $250,000 a year, I would love to say sure we can do that kind of wholesale volume but that may be reaching a little.
So for the moment I have pulled by the foot sales--temporarily-- until I can get things squared away a bit better on my inventory. This is not going to affect whoopie slings, chain links, tarp ridge-lines and guy lines, Those will all continue. It is just a matter of being able to continue getting a volume supply of amsteel or not, I may have to look at another vendor for it if this lack of service continues from my current one. But #1 to me is to not have to pass my vendors failings on to my customers. When I have to wait a week or two or three to get in a product that a customer has ordered from me that makes me look bad and is not the kind of delivery time that I expect.
Paul

Thank you all for replying.
I'll wait patiently.
Where are you at?
If you cant find that specific Samson branded rope there will most probably be alternatives around!
Many other manufacturers make Dyneema rope, all you have to look for if you want it to be like Amstell is sk-75 or higher and an Urethane or similar coating
