    Hello from Oregon

Newbie to the game of Hammocking!!! I have been hiking for a few years and really have been enjoying it. I bought an ENO a year or so ago just for lounging around the campsite and found that I love it. I have spent a few nights in my ENO and love the idea, but I needed some improvements.

I took the plunge and sold most of my tent camping gear on Ebay and decided to become a tree hanger. Recently bought a Lost River from AHE and couldn't be happier. Now, about 5 minutes ago, I just purchased my first Warbonnet Blackbird off everyones strong recommendation. This hobby gets expensive fast!!

Thanks to everyone for the great suggestions and ideas. I love this place.

Welcome fellow Pacific Northwesterner. New to hammocking myself and learning/gearing up for this new method of sleeping in the wild. Really enjoy visiting the Oregon coast, it's the best!

I wish they didn't sell the cheese factory to Tillamook! Now they don't even make Bandon cheese in Bandon anymore!!

I would love a hang on the coast sometime, but I am pretty new to this and I don't know many places to go. I am going this weekend to do a little fishing on the Salmonberry River to try out my new Lost River UQ. We'll see....
