    Stretchy bugnetting

For the purpose of making a pack, does anyone know where to get stretchy bugnetting?

I've seen some at the fabric stores, Dutch.
It's the same material they used on those mesh t-shirt in the 80's. My son has some old mesh football practice jerseys that I'm gonna salvage into gear.
You might find some old mesh T's at the Goodwill, Salvation Army for cheap.
If I find some, I'll let you know. Or I'll grab it for ya.

I will check that out. I was liooking for something more bugnetting like though. I think the new ULA packs use real stretchy but strong bugnetting for their outside pockets. Can anyone confirm that?

Yes. The material is a very stretchy grid mesh, but much more durable than noseeum. In fact ULA has two different types. A stretchier but lighter version used on the Conduit and Ohm, and a non-stretchy but stronger version used on the Circuit and Catalyst.

If you find either, it will be a good score for DIY.

Have you asked if ULA will share their source or sell you some?

That is what I am going to do now. I wasn't sure if they really did use it or not. Thanks Sparrow.

If the ULA track doesn't lead anywhere.
My Golite pinnacle has stretchy mesh as pockets as well.

I have search for the same material for awhile now, without luck!
It's a lot of stretchy mesh out there, that isn't stretchy at all

Let us now what you find out !

ULA got back to me and suggested Seattle Fabrics. They do have something calles Power mesh, sounds promising. I'm going to order the sample packet and find out.
