Whoa! I can't imagine that in a hammock. When I was a ground dweller, I did my share of cold nights. Not anymore though, cold just aint my thing. Maybe when I get more exp in my hammock.

There are a few of us "extreme hangers" if you will who have the motto "how low can I go."
The looks on peoples faces is pretty funny when you tell them you were hanging in your hammock at those temps.
With the right gear it is no problem. You must do your homework first though.
Unless your Neo of course.

I'm actually looking forward to seeing how "low I can go" in a hammock. Like you, bhancock I've done a lot of cold nights on the ground. I actually think I'm going to be warmer in a hammock than on the ground with the right set-up. Part of the reason is the ability to select better sites than I'd be able to in a tent.
