I'd surely be remiss if I didn't wish all the Irish and the "Irish-in-spirit" the best and happiest St. Patricks Day ever! Corned beef and cabbage for lunch, a a beer in hand (to prevent dehydration doncha know), and cooking a mean green split pea soup for our get-together after Stations of the Cross. Here's wishin' a lucky shamrock to you all.

I totally spaced the date this morning when getting dressed. Luckily, I'm two blocks away from the Cherry Creek Mall.
