The recent thread about hanging double in a hammock got me to thinking today while I was @ joanne's. They sell curtain fabric that is really wide. Has anyone thought about using some of this for a back yard relaxer or the like??? I know it wouldn't be well suited for the trail, just a thought
Part of it depends on what the fabric is made of. Some curtains are made of fiberglass fabric. You would NOT want to sleep on that. The weave of curtain fabric might be looser than garment fabric which might make a difference. I simply flat felled seamed two outside panels on the center panel to reach my almost 8' width for my home sleeper.
