In my experience this is typical of drug thieves. Goods need to be fenced which means they can show up on the market and be traced. But the victim won't report a drug theft because they aren't supposed to have the drugs in the first place.

Great job Hawk Eye! But I can't take much credit on the buckles, They are Brandon's brain child. I have just posted them for pre-sale on AHE. I should have the first lot of them in about 2 weeks from Brandon, and They will begin shipping out as soon as they get to me, but I am taking reserve orders now.
