yeah the local paper had a big writeup last year on it...and the game commission said that there are no Mnt lions in PA ....and that the ppl that thaught they seen one seen bobcats LOL

Just wanted to say sorry to anyone who showed up i didn't get to msg...
i'v hiked that far befor with not many problems but last night i think i re-aggravated my pinched nerve i do have pain most of the time..but not like last night ...so i turned around and walked back out
i didn't want to wait till the morning and be worse and not be able to make it out ...
i'm glad i did because ...
i made it home ...unpacked quick,took something for the pain and passed out
when i woke up today my right leg has no power in it...this would not be good 4 miles in the woods

anyway..i'm hanging up the hiking shoes till after surgery just to be safe
so i'm going to stick to car camping only

hope everyone ad a good time last night

and got home safe

Sorry to hear about your problems. Sounds like you made a smart decision though, its not like you were trying out for the SAS or anything. Get better.
