    Extreme Hike for a Cure

Hi all! I wanted to let y'all know about a hike/fundraiser that the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (Charlotte office) will be doing April 23-25. In one day (April 24), they will be doing the entire Art Loeb Trail in Pisgah. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend. However, I know many of you would be interested in this event. Help them find a cure!

Sounds like a good thing! But I don't think I want to try to go out & hike 30.1 miles in one day, not on that trail
I hope they have good participation though.
I too will something make and joy in it's making

Hot Springs is that weekend. And "ditto" - that's a long way!

Yeah.... Wow! The whole trail in one day?!

I read that 4 or 5 people a couple of years back did " The Dome to the Dam" on the AT in the Smokies. That's about the same distance and it took them around 20+ hours!! They were hurting, it'll be grueling that's for sure.

Like RF said, that's the Hot Springs hang weekend too!
