Whoooo Hooooo! This site is awesome

    Hey, all
I am a recent newbie to backpacking and was immediately introduced to the brotherhood of the hammock. I live in Chesapeake VA and am looking forward to getting outside with friends. Thanks to everyone who make this site such a wealth of information. I think i refine my gear after every time I go on this forums.

Hey TraumaRN....we are having the MAHHA group hang in a couple of weeks. You aren't too terribly far from where it will take place. Come join us if you can. It's a great place to meet other hangers. I learn new things each time we have it.
