I'll counter my tent talk with the fact that I'm waiting on a Yeti 3 Season, a TPT Burrow, Straps and toggles from Opie, and about to order some stuff from Arrowhead here in a few minutes.

That should counter the blasphemy of my ground dwelling Ultralight weekend trips.

I can't help the fact that I like to spend alot of my time during the summer up around scales in Grayson Highlands, ground dwelling in the high country meadows.

no blasphemy from me. A person has to have more than one way to enjoy the outdoors. Heck drive up to Scales in an RV or camper

Try www.backpackinglight.com in their forums for the wtb. Better luck there.

I am using the Squall 2. I have been using it for about 4 yrs or longer.

Looking at going to a tarp and bug net shelter at 14 ounces total weight.

I've got a MLD Monk in Spinn, and a MLD Burn Pack in the que from MLD right now.

The bugs at Scales will be hell though come July when I plan on really being out there a lot. That is the only real reason I'm wanting a Contrail or Moment. Not to Mention the thunder storms that roll thru there that time of summer dictate the need for a bathtub floor on many occasions.

I'm planning on ordering a Zpacks Hexamid Solo once he starts taking orders again. I've heard it is an excellent shelter.
