BB Tie-out length ?

I picked up my BB secondhand from a mate over here, for some reason he'd taken off the side tie-outs and I keep forgetting to ask him for them.

I've got some 2mm shockcord and some cordlocks here so I thought I might aswell make my own, how long should I make them guys ?

Is there just a loop at one end to hook over the peg and then the cordlock against the ring at the other end ?

Yep, loop at one end; cordlock and knot on the other. Don't know how long they actually are, but 3' or 4' should be plenty.

Yes and No

It's looped trough the ring and back to the cordlock , although you might just have meant that. I keep deciding (and forgetting) to tie a stopper knot on the end of mine aswell as the cord has come off a few times ..
aand i just measured my tie-outs they are 44" long
