    1/8" shock cord source?

Just received my order from AHE and finished up my neat sheet uq/tq.... then realized I forgot to order 1/8 " shock cord to hang it to the suspension. duh. Anyone know of a good source (store) I can run out and pick up some? JoAnnes doesnt have it, nor Lowes, Home Depot, Harbor freight... Would West Marine? (not on their website)...

If you have a REI store nearby, they carry it. Some crafts stores do.

REI or I've picked it up at a Sport Chalet, not sure if you have that near you though.

As a last resort, if ya Have an Academy Sporting Goods,,,They carry a package back in the kayaking section,,,,,,,it is expensive there.

Most Canoe and Kayak shops also carry it,,, they call it "deck rigging" and is sold by the foot.

Thanks guys... I will be close to an REI, after we move. Only got EMS here. None of the other stores mentioned are around here. I was thinking kayak shops but they are a bit further away. Maybe Ill run over to EMS- even thought they usually don't have what I need. If not, Plan B will be to order and just finish it a bit later. Will post my first new DYI stuff- first sewing I've done since "Outdoor Sewing" class in Jr. High!- (more than 25 yrs ago!)
