Today I tried something new with my tarp that I have been wanting to try. Normally this tarp has a 17' ridgeline when pitched in the regular diamond shape. So I set it up square with only a 10' ridgeline making it easier to fit in tighter spaces . The bonus I found when doing this is that you can close the ends in like doors giving much more protection than the standard pitch. Do other's with this tarp allready do this or other pitches ? Show some pics if you have some. I put pics of my tarp in my album ( sorry I could'nt get them to show in the post). i'm interested to hear from other's.

I only use this tarp when I set up the honeymoon suite and that's on the diagonal.

Even at that, I can close the sides with carabiners if I have the sides pulled all the way down to the ground as opposed to open as in the picture linked above.
