It will be close, probably worth a try. I believe an Osprey 65 is what ATTroll used when he made the Packa demo video available on the Packa website. The problem you have when the pack pushes the upper limit of the packcover volume is it tends to "take" room from the jacket. In other words, if the pack is too big, you might not be able to zip the front zipper, especially at a 56 jacket size. Like I said, it will be close but I think it would work.

You know Counselor, I didn't think of this earlier, but your Packa is still under my 2180 mile warranty. If you want to return it to me, I will issue you a full refund.

And, just to make everyone happy. Bigbamaguy, I will sell you an xl, which would probably fit you better for $100 + $5 shipping. Plus, you would get the dual separating front zipper, which I think is a nice improvement.
