    Cool snake skins

    Hey Hammock community.
I just received my JRB 11x10 tarp and I absolutely love it. i am trying to get some ideas on DIY snake skins. Also, if anyone else has a silnylon tarp, is it okay to stuff it rather than fold it?

I have a DIY Silnylon Tarp and I just stuff it into the stuff sack that I made for it.

Folding would take too much time.

Once I complete the second tarp, that I'm putting the finishing touches on this weekend, I will be making skins for both of them.

Here's a good link for DIY skins. BTW, you don't have to use noseeum for them, but the idea was to let them dry a bit, if I remember correctly.

FWIW, I've had difficulty in the past stuffing a large tarp into a bag when the temps were below freezing. Talk about having cold hands... it was painful. I ended up making one long snake skin tube for my large tarp. Much better.
