KY - place to hang near Lexington

I'm taking my trail-building walk-behind tractor to Owenton, KY for some service and a set of caterpillar tracks, and I need to get there 9-ish, so I need a place to hang the night before. My old truck and old driver need to take it slow. I can bring a hammock stand, if necessary, but would prefer a pair of trees. Any suggestions? I hope to do this before Thanksgiving.

I would suggest you stop at the Kentucky Horse Park Campground. They have a primitive camping area which is just a field that has a lot of suitable trees for hanging. It also allows you access to the bath house so you can refresh in the morning.

Thanks, grubster. It sounds like just the thing I was looking for.
