I was worried about the dynaglide having a saw like effect running it through the channels, so I added a short piece of 550 cord cover to the end to protect the hammock. It is working well on the nano and on my other homemade hammock that is a similar design.
For tarp. Looking at a custom 7x9 in cuben. I may make it myself or get someone else to make it. I calculate it to be about 4.5 ounces without strings. For now I use a Hennessy tarp.
When I put 7/64" Amsteel Whoopies through a hammock end channel, I cinch it up to a fixed eye, then put a clove hitch just below the gathered end channel.

Funny you mention that. The other night I was sleeping out in the yard in my homemade hammock testing out the IX underquilt fix (that over the top bungie worked BTW) and some other stuff. My homemade hammock is similar to a Nano7 except that it made from 6.6 so less stretch and I've engineered a foot box on it similar to a WBBB hammock. So both the ends are gathered ends and I've ended up just putting the dynaglide UCRs through the channels because, after all the whippings and such, I found that the simplest solution. I still use a 1 gram section on 550 cord on the end of each.
Anyhow, the foot box has been working exactly as planned, but I was getting too much shoulder squeeze. I think it is because I went with shorter length of material - just a guess. So at 0130 in the morning I woke up with a shoulder ache. I went in the house and tried taking the UCR out and whipping the hammock end, but the 6.6 is so slick it kept sliding the whipping right off the end. After two butt landings I went back in, put the UCR back through the channel, and then whipped the head end with some 550 cord to give it a Hennessy like top. So now I have a Warbonnet foot end and a Hennessy top end, and the thing sleeps like a dream. It weighs 6.56 for the hammock body compared to 4.88 for the Nano7.
i use a WB traveler in my winter setup and i'm around 10lbs ...
wb traveler and whoopie slings should do the trick
It puts the Underquilt on it's hammock ... It does this whenever it gets cold
compared to the sub 1# hammocks this ain't much, but its mine
so far. 1.7 WB traveler, tree huggers and whoopie slings.
i added a Soft Shackle to disconnect ridge line.
set up under quilt suspension with toggles.
in the middle of quilt i sewed a ring on hammock
for my tarp, i am just going to wait for the new cubens. i think they may be out soon.

Karl ... seems like that underquilt suspension is kinda tight. Is that the head end or the foot end? Even if with a bungee looks like your noggin or knees would be kinda bunched up.
Just guessing it's a 3/4 UQ
EDIT: Never mind ... I see now it's a MT Washington ... should have read closer.
Nice set up!
