    Superfly question

Hey all, I'm in the market for a tarp that I can use for 'four season' hanging. I was wondering if anyone uses the Warbonnet Superfly as their primary tarp all year round. Do you wish you would have gone a tad bit smaller for the warmer months? Are you content with this tarp during the winter compared to a traditional winter tarp? any input would be great. Thanks!

The Superfly has optional doors to purchase, so you could use it as is for three season and purchase the doors to supplement if desired in four season. They're not attached, so they can be left home when not required.

I have an older version of the SF with snap on doors. I love it. I had a maccat deluxe, also a quality tarp, but like optimator, like the additional coverage that the SF provides. You won't regret it when the rain comes pouring down. And it's big enough to hang two hammocks under. I have not personally used it in the winter, but then again, I have not used anything in the winter, hammock included.

I can't say i have used it for three seasons, i have not had it that long. But I see no issue hauling the superfly in the summer. It packs down small and light, and i can see the it could be useful to provide shade if needed. Beyond that.. as large as it already is, it would not hurt my feelings it's dimensions were just a little bit bigger.
