Well sorta.
First - howdy. I've been reading the forums here for a bit and thought it appropriate to post first in the Introduce Yourself bit. So what's to say... I do quite a bit of hunting with my Howard Hill longbow and quite a bit of flyfishing. Not sure I remember a vacation (staying w/ inlaws doesn't count) where camping of some sort was not involved.
Most of my camping to date has been in tents or in a tent trailer but my one backpacking experience involved a cheap (though mighty heavy) army surplus jungle hammock. Rigged that bad boy w/ 550 cord and even then - probably 50 pounds ago - that was a bad idea. After the second night, the line showed serious signs of imminent failure but I digress.
Anyway, after quite a period of researching, shopping, dithering, etc. I finally purchased an ENO Doublenest today. Would have introduced myself a little earlier, but for the past several hours, I've been lounging in it and enjoying my book. Tried to take a nap in it but I was too jazzed about my sweet new hammock to do much more than nod off.
