Anyone ever used this? How does it compare to fling-it/zong-it? I've got Cabelas nearby and was thinking about picking some up. Thanks!

According to the specs posted, it is a braided spectra line. So this would be most closely related to Fling-It. What is the diameter of this line?

100 ft. of strong, 600-lb. Muzzy Gator Cord made of braided Spectra line to subdue the biggest carp, gar or dogfish. Comes off the spool smooth and easy. Won't rot or mildew.

It also seems a little on the pricey side as usually one can get a 180' spool of 1.75 mm Fling-It for the same $23 price.

From what others have reported splicing spectra cord isn't as easy as it with the dyneema lines.
