Nah, just WANT..... like a kid wants candy.......LOL...............
I had to go searching for this thread to make a comment.
If someone is concerned about the 19oz weight listed on the site, I think it should be noted that the weight probably includes the guylines.
I got the 70d hex free when I ordered a scout for my son months ago. It's a nice big tarp and they put these nice pockets in the corners to store the guylines.
So the weight might reflect those pockets (not sure if they have it on the 30Dsil) and the lines already attached.
So if you are interested in one of these tarps I'd ask so you know what the actual weight is.

a friend of mine has one. i like it.
i liked the pockets on the corners so much i have put them on my tarp... & plan to put them on the next one too.
I too will something make and joy in it's making
I also have the Hennesy hex tarp. I like it much more than the stock tarp, but it is heavy at 1.7 pounds. One of these days, I'd like to order the MacCat deluxe as well. Of course, Mixinmaster has already ordered the MacCat; therefore, my comments are mostly irrelevant.

yes but if you get the 30D silnylon it's only 19oz
BUT it costs twice as much
Like I said I have a MacCat deluxe (EDIT: ooops it's actually a standard!....sheesh two years ago...)
If you do the numbers the HH isn't a bad deal
The HH isn't a catcut but it's 144"X132" and weighs 19oz and comes in Brown (I think). Costs $130
The MacCat deluxe IS a catcut and is 130"X102" and weighs 13.8oz WITHOUT guylines and only comes in Gray (I think). Costs $115
The guyline kit is 6oz but that includes 8 stakes as well. costs $15
So they both sound pretty close to me. The HH is 14" longer and 30" wider and is a better color (IMO ). The MacCat is probably a little lighter and has the Catcut but isn't all that great for stealth camping
