Left my HH for a JRB BMBH. Added a Mt Washington 3 underquilt . . . very comfortable and easy to use. Considering adding either the JRB Hudson River or NS. They seem about the same except the NS does have the wearability factor. Any other reason to choose one over the other? They seem about the same weight and loft.

I just bought a Hudson river. I didnt think I would ever wear it so i saved the 20 extra bucks. If I happen to get cold I can always wrap the quilt around me while I sit by the fire.

When I bought my No Sniv, I didn't think I would wear it, either, but I figured the extra $20 was worth it just to add some flexibility. The very first trip I went out on with the NoSniv, got much cooler than anticipated. I was very happy my quilt could double as a camp jacket.

I was very happy I had my NS on the AT when it started snowing unexpectedly. My over-sized Packa and the NS was the warmest invention. The Packa was long enough that I didn't have to worry about damage to my NS when I sat in the shelters to socialize. I was very comfy and warm.
