PA AT camp out off 183, Memorial day weekend

I'm headed out memorial day weekend 28-31 off 183 near Hamburg/Reading PA. I just orded a WBBB last week and hope is comes in time. Otherwise it's a tent for me. If you're out there say hi. I'll be with a group of degenerates; 6-10 people in all. Won't be able to miss us. camping out in one spot and treking about throughout the day.

I would suggest trying to spend a night or two in your hammock before you hit the trail with it, or at least making sure that one of your degenerate friends has space for you in the tent Setting up a hammock optimally can be a tricky business, with a lot of fine tuning involved.

I was really quite disappointed in my Blackbird the first night I slept in it - because I did it wrong. After figuring out some tricks and tweaks to get more comfortable, I had a much better time of it, and now I sleep better in the woods than I do at home (stupid neighbors leaving their barking dog outside on the balcony.....)

Ugh, Neighbors dog, grrrr. I know the pain. I have set up the BB the day after I got it was pleased at how easy it was. I haven't slept in it yet but I am bringing a small tent with me as back up (Eureka Zues). No trees in the back yard makes it hard to spend the night. I imagine the fine tuning to part of the fun. I made an alky stove and had fun tinkering with that, not that the stove and BB are in any way similar. Just fun to play with.
