Hello All, from USA and currently live in Atlanta. Have been lurking gathering info. Been Backpacking, Canyoneering, Canoeing, Mountaineering and Hunting for awhile. Love the Outdoors, It's Real and you Die, nothing fake about it. Been hanging since I commercial fished in the Gulf, used to sleep in the nets when they hung for the day, have carried a net hammock on most adventures since, for lounging and napping. Found some of Shug's Vids on UT and they led me here. Sounds like a logical progression for me on this Path of Life. Thanks to all for the great info, going to attempt a DIY HH Clone.

Thanks to all. Just as I was planning to Hike a section of the AT in the next few days and Ground it once more, I see that the WB BB has shipped. Calling for more Rain again this weekend, but I may still go for it. Found a Guy in N. Ga that will shuttle Gap to Gap ($$).

Welcome from another fellow Georgian. I just got off the AT doing a two day section from Woody's Gap to the bottom blood mountain (right before Neel's Gap) and boy did it rain and storm. Did you miss it? ;-)

Anyway, let me know if you ever want to go on a hike up there.
