    An Early Christmas!

    Hey all,

Well my hammock has finally arrived! Along with my Ohm backpack, and an old SVEA 123r stove I decided to order. The SVEA is a little heavy, but I can't help but like the look and reliablitlity. I bought the Hennessy Ultralight A-Sym...plan on setting it up tomorrow. Unfortunatly I have duty this weekend here on base so won't be able to get on the trail with it, but next weekend will be going on a 12 mile hike, and plan on hanging for the first time! Just thought I'd share. Have a good one!

I will be sure to do that. I will post some pics with my trip report this coming weekend. I've heard a lot of good about the SVEA, minus the weight factor. I prefer wood stoves camping usually, but thought I'd give this one a try!
