New to hammocking but have backpacked for a long time. Should get WBBB 1.7 & Big Mama tarp today or tomorrow. I've been waiting for over 4 wks. Looking forward to trying it out. The next purchase will be an underquilt.
Thanks Ron

Welcome, Red. You're just in time for everybody to leave the forums for 3 days. This weekend is Trail Days plus several cool hangs so it may be a ghost town around here for a few days.

Hey BigRed. Clemson grad here. '75. Welcome to the forum! Jump right in, the water's fine.
And no, this will not be a ghost town this weekend, even if a few head off here or there. That is simply a constant all through the year.

Welcome to HF BigRed! Like Boris said, there's Traildays, and multiple other hangouts this weekend, so a lot of folks are out enjoying their hammocks.
I'm sure you're pacing the floor waiting for those packages to arrive. Let us know how it all turns out once you get them. Pictures would be great!

Welcome to the site! I am in Greenville.
You will definately love the WBBB! You have found the holy grail of hammock camping knowledge here at HammockForums. I have learned alot reading posts and getting great advice from the more experienced hangers.
Glad to have you on board. Some of us will still be around this weekend.
