@ Medicine Man - Thanks for shooting the video of this hang and for demoing your supper cool Kodak Playsport HD camcorder. I just had to have one so I managed to have a birthday coming up and talked my wife into getting me one. I was also able to piggy back one of those CRKT Minimalist Razor Edge Knives from Amazon onto the B-day order. I wonder if she will notice.

Anyway, thanks again for the video and giving me more reasons to part with my $$$$$. Good times were had by all.

What no IX? with all the insultex promotions going on, I'm sure someone would be calling for at least 1000 yds of IX.

It sounds like you are going to have an AWESOME set up even w/o the insultex. Wheat will you be using for insulation?

No insultex yet, my next priority is a backpacker friendly tarp, for insulation I'm just planning on a my current pad and montbell bag!

Did anyone else come home with a surprising amount of bug bites?

I wonder if it was the same tick that Fulminated decided to spare! He thought it would be better just thump it off the chair rather than kill it, I think you should find Fulminated and thump him on the ear!!
Relax, monsters under the hammock are easily distracted by twister-playing squirrels.

After all the hullabaloo about Rice borrowing your lighter, I didn't want to bother you with it. I did thump it really hard.
