Im already camping that weekend at Shenandoah National Forest for my crews horseback riding trip
but how does it work does everyone bring thier own food and make thier own camping reservations

Pot luck Saturday night. Otherwise it's bring your own food or mooch off someone else's. I would say we wouldn't let anyone go hungry but there's no universal menu except for Saturday night.

There is no reservations. Come when you want and find 2 trees. I plan on cooking breakfast Saturday morning and there is a feast Saturday night. Brind something if you like or just bring an appetite. A bunch of us go out to eat Saturday for lunch. It is just eat and talk about gear.
