    Supershelter condensation

I used my supershelter for the first time on the week end and found both mornings between the foam pad and the shelter itself was very wet. Am I doing something wrong?

Did you use the space blanket as HH reccommends? Without it this will happen. My first few experiences using the SS this occured every time.
It seams that you have found out as I did that your body creates allot of body vaper (condensation) during the night.

I chose to switch to a UQ. For cold weather I use a JRB Winter Nest and warmer weather I use a KAQ. As soon as I have time I will be making an IX UQ for a lighter warm weather UQ and one that I can augment with the JRB and KAQ.

Non breathable bottoms are a condensation issue.

Get yourself one of those Heat Sheets:
    http://www.rei.com/product/750939

These work great in the SS. In addition to helping a lot with the moisture issue, there is also a very significant warmth boost in the SS. Put it on top of the pad, even wrap it somewhat around the pad. Then leave the whole thing set up and stuff all of it in one bag.
